SkyTeam and oneworld airlines all have some very good transatlantic Business Class fares on offer right now for travel in 2018. The fares originate in various European cities (so there isn’t one hub that’s leading the way) but, as long as you’re prepared to have a good look around, you should be able to find a fare and routing that works for you.
Note: It’s very possible that Star Alliance have some reasonable deals for the same dates but, when I was searching, the poor performance of all the Star Alliance airline websites was so frustrating that I nearly lost the will to live….so I gave up.

Things To Remember
- I may have missed out some good deals – I didn’t have time to search every routing (although I did look for west coast fares without any luck)
- Check the connection times before you book. If you’re connecting in the US and don’t have a US passport make sure you leave enough time to clear immigration.
- Check which aircraft are operating on the route(s) of your choice – fares aren’t based on the aircraft employed so it’s possible to get both great and terrible business cabins on the same route at the same price.
- Make sure you know which airline loyalty program will earn you the most miles (if that’s what you’re looking for) or elite qualifying miles/points/dollars and then credit your flights appropriately.
Good luck hunting for more of these fares and let me know if you find anything worth bragging about 🙂
