Generally speaking I’m not a big fan of purchasing my flights and hotels as a single package because I like the flexibility of having all my reservations separate but every now and again a set of deals comes along that has me rethinking my stance. This one of those sets.

Right now I happen to be up a mountain with very little internet connectivity so please forgive the fact that what appears below is essentially the information BA has sent me – I don’t have the signal to go online and check all the details for myself or to add to the information the airline has provided….but I will comment on the merits of the deals 🙂

British Airways is currently running a “Luxury Holidays” sale through midnight (UK time) on 24 July and in it it’s offering some attractive-looking Business Class packages that could save you quite a bit of money.

Here are some of the offers BA is publicizing:

Note: these are just examples of what British Airways is offering – you’ll find a lot more deals like these

Thoughts

The first thing to note is that it would appear as if a lot of these flight + hotel deals are cheaper than booking a Club World/Europe (Business Class) fare all by itself so that’s very good news.

If I saw a roundtrip Business Class flight from London to New York for £1,449/$1,889 I’d consider that a pretty good fare and yet, in this sale, you get the Moxy Times Square thrown in for that price as well.

The same goes for the deal to Dubai that BA is promoting.

£1,389/$1,820 for a roundtrip Business Class fare to Dubai isn’t a bad deal at all if you’re departing from London and in this sale that price gets you 3 nights at the Hyatt Regency too.

Some of the dates look quite restrictive so clearly these offers (and there are a lot more on BA’s website) won’t work for everyone…but anyone considering booking a Business Class fare out of London (for the coming months) should definitely check these deals out.

  1. While this looks interesting, when I went to look for the New York + 4* Moxy Hotel deal, the only dates available are in January 2019. Shame.
