This information will be updated if/when it changes

Spotting An Aircraft With The Qatar Airways QSuite
As things stand only a few of Qatar Airways’ Boeing 777-300ER aircraft offer the new QSuite Business Class product together with a single Airbus A350-900 and a single (and brand new) Airbus A350-1000.
For now I’m going to focus on most of the aircraft in service – the 777-300ERs.
The way you can tell if an aircraft you’re considering booking (or one that you’ve booked already) has the QSuite Business Class cabin is from the seat map.
I use ExpertFlyer to check the seat maps of all the flights I book and here is what you need to look out for:
If the seat map of the 777 is showing a 2-2-2 cabin layout like this….
…you’re looking at an older model Business Class cabin and NOT the QSuite cabin.
If, on the other hand, the seat map is showing a 1-2-1 cabin layout, like this….
…then you’ve hit the jackpot and you’re looking at the best Business Class cabin currently on offer – the QSuite cabin.
On What Routes Does Qatar Airways Offer The QSuite Business Class Cabin?
In alphabetical order:
It’s not clear when Qatar Airways started offering a regular Qsuite service between Doha and Bangalore but that’s what’s in place right now on the following schedule:
QR572 DOH 19:30 – 02:20+1 day BLR
QR573 BLR 03:45 – 05:40 DOH
At the time of writing the service is scheduled to end on 27 October 2017 but it’s possible that the Qsuite equipped aircraft will remain on this route when the winter schedule is next revised.
Qatar Airways is currently offering its Qsuite Business Class cabin on one of its numerous flights between Doha and Bangkok.
Through 27 October 2018 flights QR830/831 are offering the Qsuite Business Class cabin on the following schedule:
QR830 DOH 20:05 – 07:05+1 day BKK
QR831 BKK 09:05 – 11:50 DOH
27 October represents the end of Qatar Airways’ summer schedule so there’s a possibility that the Qsuite equipped aircraft will remain on this route when the winter schedule is next revised.
Qatar Airways didn’t announce Qsuite service to Colombo but, as of 23 June 2018, the airline is offering is premium Business Class cabin to the Sri Lankan capital.
Qatar Airways offers 4 daily flights between Doha and Colombo and, from what I can see on ExpertFlyer, it looks as if flights QR668/669 now offer the Qsuite Business Class cabin on a refurbished Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
Here’s the schedule as it currently stands:
QR664 DOH 02:10 – 09:55 CMB (Daily)
QR654 DOH 07:35 – 15:20 CMB (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat & Sun)
QR654 DOH 10:00 – 17:25 CMB (Wed)
QR668 DOH 18:00 – 01:45+1 day CMB (Daily) **Qsuites**
QR662 DOH 19:00 – 02:45+1 day CMB (Daily)
QR669 CMB 03:15 – 05:50 DOH (Daily) **Qsuites**
QR663 CMB 04:15 – 06:50 DOH (Daily)
QR665 CMB 11:25 – 14:00 DOH (Daily)
QR655 CMB 20:55 – 23:35 DOH (Daily)
The Qsuite equipped aircraft is currently scheduled on this route through 27 October 2018 but, as that’s simply the end of the “summer season”, it’s possible that the service will continue once the winter season schedule is updated.
Chicago has been added as a Qsuite route without any fanfare (or even any announcement) – the new seat map just appeared on the route.
From 1 April 2018 the Qatar Airways 777 which operates the daily Doha – Chicago O’Hare route has offered the new Qsuite Business Class product on the following schedule:
QR725 DOH 08:50 – 14:55 ORD (Daily)
QR726 ORD 18:50 – 14:00+1 day DOH (Daily)
As things stand (on 8 July 2018) the Qsuite-equipped aircraft is only scheduled to operate to/from Chicago through 27 October 2018 but this is likely to be extended once Qatar Airways updates its winter schedule.
Qatar Airways used the 2018 ITB travel fair in Berlin to announce that the Doha – Frankfurt route would get a Qsuite equipped Airbus A350-900 from 1 May 2018. Since then the airline has also scheduled a Qsuite equipped 777-300ER to operate the second daily flight on this route.
On 1 July 2018 flights QR67/68 were taken over by an Airbus A350-1000 which is also equipped with the Qsuite Business Class cabin.
As of 1 September 2018 flights QR67/68 are moving to a QSuite equipped Airbus A350-1000.
The current schedule is as follows:
QR69 DOH 01:35 – 07:10 FRA (Daily)
QR67 DOH 07:45 – 13:20 FRA (Daily)
QR70 FRA 10:55 – 17:55 DOH (Daily)
QR68 FRA 17:35 – 00:35+1 day DOH (Daily)
This makes Frankfurt one of the few destinations to/from which Qatar Airways employs Qsuite equipped aircraft on more than one set of flights.
As of 28 October 2018 the schedules show flights QR69/70 going back to a non-Qsuite 777-300ER and flights QR67/68 moving to a non-Qsuite Airbus A350-900…but this may change as Qatar Airways firms up its winter schedule.
Hong Kong (HKG)
At the time of writing there hasn’t been any official announcement from Qatar Airways but the Expert Flyer seat maps don’t generally lie.
As of 1 October 2018 one of the two daily flights between Doha and Hong Kong will offer the Qatar Airways QSuite business Class cabin.
QR818 DOH 03:35 – 16:05 HKG **QSuites Flight**
QR816 DOH 07:55 – 20:35 HKG
QR815 HKG 01:20 – 04:40 DOH
QR817 HKG 19:10 – 23:10 DOH **QSuites Flight**
As things stand flights QR817/818 are scheduled to offer the QSuite Business Class cabin through 31 March 2019 but, considering the amount premium traffic I suspect this route gets, I expect the QSuite service to continue beyond then.
Qatar Airways has finished reconfiguring its first Boeing 777-200LR with the Qsuites Business Class cabin and has been operating the aircraft on its daily flight to Houston since 2 June 2018.
Here’s the currently posted schedule:
QR713 DOH 08:45 – 16:25 IAH (Daily)
QR714 IAH 18:25 – 16:55+1 day DOH (Daily)
The Qsuite-equipped aircraft will not be operating on this route every day until later in the year so, if you’re looking to fly between Houston and Doha, be careful with your date selection if you can.
This was the first route to offer the new QSuite Business Class cabin and Qatar Airways has a habit of changing which flights offer the Qsuite Business Class cabin on a monthly basis.
At the time of writing (8 July 2018) these are the flights offering the Qsuite Business Class cabin:
QR7 DOH 06:35 – 11:05 LHR (Daily) – Qsuite service scheduled to end on 30 March 2019
QR1 DOH 12:25 – 17:55 LHR (Daily) – Qsuite service scheduled to end on 31 July
QR5 DOH 16:30 – 22:00 LHR (Daily) – Qsuite service scheduled to end on 27 October
QR15 DOH 14:55 – 20:25 LHR (Daily) – Qsuite service scheduled to end on 27 October
QR6 LHR 08:00 – 16:45 DOH (Daily) – Qsuite service scheduled to end on 27 October
QR8 LHR 15:05 – 12:55+1 day DOH (Daily) – Qsuite service scheduled to end on 30 March 2019
QR2 LHR 21:30 – 06:15+1 day DOH (Daily) – Qsuite service scheduled to end on 31 July
QR16 LHR 21:55 – 06:40+1 day DOH (Daily) – Qsuite service scheduled to end on 27 October
This is definitely a route you should keep a very close eye on if you’re specifically looking to book into the Qsuite cabin – the aircraft operating this route change frequently so check very carefully what a given flight is offering before you book.
Note: The timings posted are for the winter schedule so may change for the summer months.
Qatar Airways began offering its Qsuite Business Class cabin on its daily flight to/from Mumbai in July 2018. The aircraft operating the route is a Boeing 777-300ER and, at the time of writing, the schedule looks like this:
QR556 DOH 20:30 – 02:40+1 day BOM
QR557 BOM 04:10 – 05:20 DOH
At the time of writing the service is scheduled to end on 27 October 2017 but if you’ve been following this post you’ll know that this is the case for a lot of Qatar Airways Qsuite routes – this date represents the end of the summer schedule so it’s possible that the Qsuite equipped aircraft will remain on this route when the winter schedule fully updated.
Both of the Boeing 777-300ERs that Qatar Airways will be flying to/from Munich from August 2018 were due to have the Qsuite Business Class cabin but the implementation dates have now been pushed back a little.
Here’s the schedule:
QR059 DOH 01:50 – 07:00 MUC (Daily)
QR057 DOH 08:05 – 13:15 MUC (Daily)
QR060 MUC 09:45 – 16:20 DOH (Daily)
QR058 MUC 16:55 – 23:30 DOH (Daily)
Flights QR59/60 are now scheduled to get a Qsuite-equipped 777-300ER aircraft from 16 September 2018 (was previously scheduled for 1 August 2018) through 27 October 2018.
Flights QR57/68 are now scheduled to get a Qsuite-equipped 777-300ER aircraft from 1 September 2018 (was previously scheduled for 16 August 2018) through 30 March 2019.
Both of those end dates may change so don’t accept them as written in stone.
New York (JFK)
Qatar Airways brought its new Business Class cabin to New York in December 2017 and, since then, a QSuite-equipped 777-300ER has been flying between Doha and JFK on the following schedule:
QR701 DOH 08:40 – 15:40 JFK (Daily)
QR702 JFK 21:20 – 16:55+1 day DOH (Daily)
The Doha – Paris route was the second to get the QSuites when a 777-300ER with the new Business Class cabin landed at CDG on 23 September 2017.
Since then Qatar Airways has been moving around its Qsuite equipped aircraft so things on this route have been quite fluid.
As things stand, a Qsuite equipped Airbus A350 is operating flights QR37/38 on the following schedule through 31 July 2018:
QR37 DOH 15:20 – 21:15 CDG (Daily)
QR38 CDG 22:40 – 06:00+1 day DOH (Daily)
A 777-300ER with Qsuites is currently set to return to daily service on the Doha – Paris route from 1 October 2018 on the following schedule:
QR41 DOH 12:50 – 06:55 CDG (Daily)
QR42 CDG 08:55 – 16:20 DOH (Daily)
This service is currently scheduled to offer Qsuites Business Class through 30 April 2019.
A Qsuite equipped 777-300ER has been operating on the Doha – Shanghai route from 15 May 2018 on the following schedule:
QR871 DOH 23:50 – 05:01+1 day PVG
QR870 PVG 02:25 – 16:20 DOH
When the route first launched Qatar Airways had only scheduled the refitted 777 to operate the Shanghai route through 31 May 2018 but, since then, the Qsuite equipped aircraft’s time on this route has been extended to 28 October 2018 – this may get extended again once Qatar Airways firms up its winter schedules.
Qatar Airways will deploy a Qsuite-equpped 777-300ER on its Doha – Sydney – Canberra route from 21 July 2018.
Qatar Airways CEO Akbar Al Baker said that Qsuites service to/from Australia would start in June but better late than never!
Here’s the currently posted schedule for the Qsuites flight:
QR906 DOH 09:25 – 06:40+1 day SYD 09:20+1 day – 10:20+1 day CBR
QR907 CBR 12:35 – 13:35 SYD 15:05 – 23:40 DOH
The first Qsuites flight out of Canberra will depart on 22 July 2018.
As things stand the Qsuite-equipped aircraft is scheduled on this route though 27 October 2018….but this may well get extended.
Washington DC (IAD)
Washington was the second US city to get QSuites service on 6 January 2018. Since then Qatar Airways has been offering the QSuite Business Class cabin on the following flights:
QR707 DOH 08:20 – 14:50 IAD (Daily)
QR708 IAD 20:00 – 16:35 DOH (Daily)
Note: The timings posted are for the winter schedule so may change for the summer months
At the time of writing the Qsuite-equipped aircraft is only scheduled to operate to/from Washington D.C. through 27 October 2018 but this is likely to be extended once Qatar Airways updates its winter schedule.
