As the title says, Finnair is offering business class tickets between Paris Charles-De-Gaulle and Singapore (via Helsinki) from just $2,009/£1,340/€1,795.
Travel dates: Now – 31 May 2016

The flights between Paris and Helsinki are operated by Finnair’s Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft while the long-haul sector (Helsinki-Singapore) is serviced by Airbus A340 aircraft.

Depending on what day you choose to depart there are a good choice of trip lengths. The example I’ve picked has good fare availability for trips of 4, 5 or 6 nights but there are numerous other permutations available too.
Availability:
As mentioned above, these fares are available for travel through 31 May 2016 and I’ve reproduced the month-by-month availability (as shown on ITA Matrix) below:
Availability starts out slowly in October….
….but there’s a noticeable improvement in November….
….before December is a bit of a let-down.
January has good availability…..
….but February is pretty dismal!
Things begin to pick up in March…..
…and availability goes through the roof for the last two months that the fare is available.
A Word Caution:
While these are undoubtably great fares between Europe and Singapore – especially for OneWorld flyers- the A340 aircraft that Finnair flys on its Singapore routes are the older aircraft in the fleet. A 2014 article in Australian Business traveler outlines how the Singapore bound aircraft won’t be fitted with the new business class cabin that Finnair has been rolling out because the aircraft will be replaced by the new Airbus A350XWB.
This leaves the current Helsinki-Singapore aircraft with the older sloping business class seats similar to those in American Airlines’ 777-200 aircraft (the ones that haven’t been reconditioned).
Finnair is taking delivery of its first A350XWB on 7 October but, while some routes have been discussed, there are no set dates for the roll out of these aircraft on to the Singapore route.
